Tara is a native of Ft. Myers. She began her career in the Food Service field in 2001 at Riverdale High School. In 2003, Tara entered the Manager Intern Program and was hired as an Assistant Manager at N. Ft. Myers Academy for the Arts for the 2003-04 school year. During the 2004-05 school year she was the Food Service Manager at Diplomat Middle/Elementary schools.
